Q. If I choose the Pickup option, where do I pick up the kit?
A. The Wild Wingers Kids Club kit can be picked up five (5) business days after purchase at
The Anaheim Ducks Team Store at Honda Center. The Team Store hours are:
M-F / 10:00am-5:00pm
Sat / 10:00am-4:00pm
Sun / Closed
Please bring your confirmation email that was sent to you after purchase to the Anaheim Ducks Team Store for proof of purchase.
Q. Can I pick up my kit at a Ducks home game?
A. Yes, you can pick up your Wild Wingers Kids Club kit at the Fan Zone (outside of section 210). Again, please allow five (5) business days before picking up your Kids Club kit.
TICKETING
Q. Where is the Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Voucher located?
A. The Ticket Voucher is located with all the Kids Club Party Vouchers on the first page of the Wild Wingers Kids Club Calendar.
Q. How do we redeem our Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Voucher for an actual game ticket?
A. There are two ways to redeem the Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Voucher for an Anaheim Ducks home game ticket.
1. Mail your Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Vouchers to:

Please make sure that the back of your Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Voucher is completely filled out. Make sure that the game you would like to attend is circled as well. Game tickets will automatically be placed in Will Call for you under the name you supply. You will not receive a call/email from the Ducks staff unless the game you selected is completely sold out.
2. Present the Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Voucher to the Box Office at Honda Center. Box Office located at:

Q. How do we find out which Ducks games we can use our Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Vouchers on?
A. Games are listed on the Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Voucher and our website www.wildwingerskidsclub.com under "Cool News and Events" "Ticket Availability."
Q. How do I check to see if there are tickets available for a Wild Wingers Kids Club game?
A. Go to www.wildwingerskidsclub.com and look under the “Cool News & Events” page. Select the "Ticket Availability button."
Q. Can I upgrade my Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Vouchers?
A. No, the Wild Wingers Kids Club Ticket Vouchers are good for the Terrace Value level only. Upgrades will not be allowed.

Q. How do I find out when the Wild Wingers Kids Club Parties will be?
A. Make sure to provide your email address when signing up for the kit. If you have not and would like to receive Kids Club Party information, please send an email with your name and email address to: dbaginski@anaheimducks.com. Details for each one of the parties will be emailed to all Wild Wingers Kids Club members. Party details will be emailed to Kids Club members as information becomes available. Along with emails, all Kids Club party information will be posted on www.wildwingerskidsclub.com.

A. The Wild Wingers Kids Club Party Vouchers are located with the Ticket Voucher and on the first page of the Wild Wingers Kids Club Calendar.
PRIZES
Q. How do Wild Wingers Kids Club members get a chance to ride the Zamboni?
A. All Wild Wingers Kids Club members are automatically entered into a weekly drawing for great prizes such as Zamboni Rider, Honorary Duck, NHL2K10 video game and signed merchandise. All winners will be contacted by the Kids Club and also posted on the Kids Club website, www.wildwingerskidsclub.com under the “Cool News & Events” page.
Q. Where does my child go to receive their Duck Tag prize?
A. Each month, Wild Wingers Kids Club members are able to go to the Fan Zone (outside section 210) and receive a prize. Make sure that you bring your Kids Club Duck Tag Prize Voucher along with your Duck Tag. You must have both of these to receive your prize. Make sure that you bring the correct month’s voucher to the game.

A. The Duck Tag Prize Vouchers are located on the bottom of the corresponding month's page in the Wild Wingers Kids Club Calendar.
